To my valued patients,
I am writing to advise you that my employer, Hip & Joint Specialists of North Texas, PLLC, will be closing this practice permanently at the end of day on March 31, 2024.
At this time, I do not know where my new employment will be, however, I am interviewing with local Dallas practices.
In the meantime, if you need continued care while I find my new practice, I would like to suggest my former practice partner and someone who I have great confidence in regarding your orthopedic needs – as I helped train him – Dr Paul Saadi.
Dr. Saadi has privileges at many local hospitals, including Medical City. His office information is as follows:

I also suggest Dr. Brian Gladnick who practices out of the Carrell Clinic in Dallas and Frisco. Dr. Gladnick provides similar patient care as I and is highly trained in total joint and reconstructive surgery. He can be reached at (214) 220-2468. You may also want to consider contacting your insurance carrier to obtain the names of doctors in the area who are in the carrier’s network and are accepting new patients should you decide not to go forward with Dr. Saadi or Dr. Gladnick.
As always, you have the right to choose your healthcare provider.
Your medical records will be retained by Southwest Joint Replacement & Sports Medicine Center (SWJ) until such time as they transfer them to an affiliated entity. Should you require copies of your medical records or wish to have them forwarded to Dr. Saadi or Dr. Gladnick or any other physician, you will need to complete a medical record release form. I have included a form with this mailing for your convenience. SWJ asks that you fax your medical records request to (972) 566-3556.
Providing your orthopedic care has been a privilege. Please know that I have greatly valued our relationship and wish you and your family the best of health.
