About Marc S Goldman

Marc S. Goldman, M.D. has proudly served Dallas and the greater North Texas for over seventeen years. As one of the first doctors in Dallas to utilize digital X-rays, e-prescriptions, and electronic medical records, Dr. Goldman launched the White Rock Orthopedic Association in 2005, allowing his practice to specialize in minimally invasive total knee replacement, minimally invasive total hip replacement, partial knee replacement, revision total hip and knees, and total shoulder replacement. In 2013, White Rock Orthopedic Association joined with the Southwest Joint Replacement & Sports Medicine Center focusing on the treatment of arthritic hip, arthritic knee, and arthritic shoulders.

Raised in New York Dr. Goldman felt inspired to pursue a career in medicine at a young age. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in chemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School where he interned, and completed a residency in orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Goldman felt privileged to be awarded a fellowship in reconstructive hip and knee surgery at one of the highest ranked programs in the country, the prestigious Anderson Clinic in Arlington, Virginia. He performed hundreds of reconstructive surgeries using cutting-edge technology under the supervision of industry leaders like Dr. Charles Engh, Sr, and Dr. Gerard Engh.

Dr. Goldman is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and continues to serve the orthopedic community through lectures, training, and participates on numerous surgeon advisory panels.

“The key to establishing successful patient relationships is to be honest, helpful, and treat everyone like you would want people to treat your mama. A well informed patient will approach the surgery and the postoperative experience with less apprehension and greater enthusiasm which leads to better outcomes.”

Dr. Goldman lives in the greater Dallas area with his wife and son. He enjoys tennis, basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
